I hope this thread will bring a little more posting on the site. I know we all are always doing something to our vehicles.

Saturday I adjusted the valves and dropped in some new spark plugs.
Monday on my way to work I could not get it to run worth a shit. I got out on 120 and it died in the middle of the road blocking both lanes, nose in one and rear in the other. Cars coming in both directions. I got out and since it only weighs around 1500# I was able to push it back on to my street before it got crunched. I tried to adjust the carb but it did not change. I got out my spare and put it on. Seems to have done the trick. Still runs a little poppy if I am in the low rpm in a gear. I also decided to put back on my front shocks and take out the black poly gas tank.

been working on my adjustable beam. Getting the rust fixed is a bigger task than I thought it would be. I am about to cut the adjusters out and find another one.

I replaced my pedal assy. only to get air in the master. At least that is what Steve and I came up with at the moment. The brakes fell like when I first got it. It was my first thought and Steves first comment so I and going with it. My old pedal assy. was real sloppy and the gas pedal kept sticking in different places. Sometimes half throttle sometimes no throttle. Brake bleeding tomorrow.

me too. i'm waiting for it to warm up just a little bit today and see if i can't find out why mine won't start. i'll probably go outside about noon. and start dicking around with it. well went out and got him running. turns out it was a frayed wire to the coil. it was broken inside the insulation. cut out the broken bits and spliced it back together and it sounds like this. Here is what it sounds like now. (not a real video just some pics with audio) I don't have a video camera anymore)
